GuideTEPS TriPrism
Build your first TEPS workflow
A TEPS workflow defines how images move from capture through processing and delivery.

Before you change production
- Record the TEPS TriPrism, Processor, Print Center, and uploader versions in use.
- Confirm the source of the images: camera card, HotFolder, Canon Capture, or Nikon Capture.
- Identify every required result: print, print-to-file, gallery upload, archive, or another routed output.
- Make a backup copy of the current TEPS settings and production folders.
- Choose a quiet test period. Do not build a new workflow while live guest jobs are moving through the system.
Map the complete path first
Write the workflow in order from capture to its final destination. A typical path is capture source → TEPS TriPrism sitting → package and canvas → TEPS Processor → numbered output path → TEPS Print Center, a file folder, or an uploader. The numbered path selected in TEPS TriPrism must match the corresponding destination in TEPS Processor.
Build the test workflow
-
Create or select the sitting type that represents the real guest workflow.
-
Choose the intended capture source and confirm a test image enters the sitting.
-
Select the package, canvas, graphics, text, color treatment, and output options.
-
Verify the matching Processor path and its destination before submitting the job.
-
Send a small, clearly named test sitting through every required destination.
-
Open the resulting files, inspect the print or display output, and confirm any uploader or archive received the correct assets.
Production acceptance check
- The original image remains where your retention plan expects it.
- The composed image has the correct crop, color, graphics, text, and orientation.
- Every ordered size or digital output is produced exactly once.
- Print Center uses the intended printer and media.
- Online or event delivery receives the correct image without exposing another guest’s content.
- A second operator can run the workflow from written instructions.
