The help center does not set analytics or advertising cookies on public article and search pages. Standard hosting and security logs may temporarily contain technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Search
Help searches are processed to return relevant articles. The current search runs against the published knowledge index and is not used to create an advertising profile.
Support requests
When you contact support, the information you submit is transferred to TriPrism’s support system so the team can respond and maintain an appropriate service record. Never send passwords or complete payment-card information.
