Where Processor fits

A job begins in TEPS TriPrism. Processor reads that job, applies the selected package and image adjustments, creates the finished file, and routes it to a configured destination such as TEPS Print Center, a print-to-file folder, or an uploader workflow.

Path matching matters

The numbered path selected in TEPS TriPrism must have a corresponding destination configured in TEPS Processor. A mismatch can leave a job waiting, write it to an unexpected folder, or prevent the next application from receiving it.

What to record before changing settings

  • The TEPS Processor version and computer name.
  • Whether Processor is running or paused.
  • The input folder and numbered destination path involved.
  • The package and canvas used by one affected job.
  • The exact error, time, and filename of a failed job.
