For a camera that will not connect
Record the camera model, camera firmware, computer operating system, cable or hub path, capture application and version, and whether the operating system can see the camera. Then use the camera compatibility and symptom guides rather than repeatedly reconnecting or changing unrelated TEPS preferences.
