Printer appears but cannot print

Unable to print to my printer - however I do see it in the print center

  1. Make Sure the printer is powered on
  2. Check the USB connections
  3. Make sure the printer is supported
  4. Delete all jobs in the spool and try to resend them
  5. Restart the printer
  6. Restart the computer
