TEPS Rsync and Rsync Lite
Use the Rsync documentation for systems that synchronize production files between configured locations. Rsync Lite must remain distinguishable from the full application when reporting a version or following a recovery procedure.
TEPS HotFolder
HotFolder moves images from one source to one or more destinations, can apply graphics or overlays while moving them, and can route images to an uploader workflow.
TEPS Archiver
Archiver backs up primary, composed, and web-image folders to external storage. Depending on its configuration, it can delete source folders after a successful backup to keep production storage from filling.
Safety before changing a utility
- Pause the utility if the procedure permits it.
- Record every source and destination path.
- Confirm whether delete-after-copy or cleanup is enabled.
- Verify the destination has space and contains a recent successful result.
- Test changes with a controlled folder before returning to production.
