TEPS Uploader and HTTP Uploader documentation index

TriPrism has more than one uploader generation. Record the exact application name and version before following a procedure or changing a watched folder.

TEPS HTTP Uploader

The legacy HTTP Uploader receives completed web output from a TEPS workflow and uploads it to TriPrism web services so customers can view, download, or order images.

TEPS Uploader

TEPS Uploader is the current upload application. Its operational documentation must be kept separate from legacy HTTP Uploader instructions because queue, credential, monitoring, and recovery behavior differ.

Before troubleshooting

  • Record the full application name and version.
  • Confirm the location or account shown in the application.
  • Record the watched source folder and one affected filename.
  • Confirm whether new files are waiting, actively uploading, held, or failed.
  • Copy the exact error message; do not send passwords, API secrets, or guest personal data.
