Prepare a QuickPics event workflow

QuickPics is TriPrism’s live-event platform for roaming capture, TextToPrint, and TextToSlideshow. It is not the FindYourPictures digital-delivery platform.

Choose the event experience

  • Roaming capture: a photographer moves through the event and connects captured images to the configured event workflow.
  • TextToPrint: a guest texts a photo using the event number or keyword, and the approved branded output can be produced at the event.
  • TextToSlideshow: guest-submitted or roaming images enter the configured live display workflow, with moderation when enabled.

Prepare before doors open

  • Confirm the correct event, location, date, and authorized operator account.
  • Verify the published mobile number, keyword, or guest instructions for this event.
  • Load the approved brand artwork and confirm its crop and safe area with both portrait and landscape test photos.
  • Confirm whether the result goes to a printer, slideshow, or both.
  • Test every capture phone, camera, workstation, printer, display, cable, and network connection that will be used on site.

Test TextToPrint

  1. Use a test phone to send a clearly identifiable photo through the exact number or keyword guests will use.

  2. Confirm the photo appears in the correct event—not another active event or location.

  3. Review the branded result for orientation, crop, graphic placement, and text.

  4. Send the result to the production printer and verify the expected size and media.

  5. Repeat with both portrait and landscape photos, then remove the test submissions if your event procedure requires it.

Test TextToSlideshow

  1. Submit a clearly identifiable test image through the guest-facing workflow.

  2. Confirm the image enters the correct event and follows the configured moderation behavior.

  3. Approve the test when moderation is enabled and confirm it appears on the intended display.

  4. Check portrait and landscape presentation, transition timing, and any approved branding on the actual event screen.

Digital delivery and post-event sales

Use FindYourPictures documentation for private guest galleries, digital delivery, online sales, marketing, and analytics. Those functions should not be diagnosed as QuickPics delivery.
